Cancellation Policy

We understand that emergencies and schedule changes happen. However, we request that appointments are canceled and/or rescheduled 24 hours prior to your appointment. Any Last Minute Cancellation or Same Day Cancellation will occur a fee. The fee is 100% of services booked. If you would like to book again a new deposit is required. Showing up late: If you’re running late, please contact us to let us know. We allow a 15-minute grace period. Arrivals after 15 minutes may result in cancellation of your service. NO CALL, NO SHOW: If you miss your appointment or without any prior notice, you will be charged a 100% service inconvenience fee. Due to the inconvenience that the slot could've been booked with another client. Your scheduled appointment will be considered a "NO CALL, NO SHOW," and your card on file will be charged 100% of the service booked. After 3 "NO SHOW" appointments, we may no longer service you. ✨If no card is on file to cover the fee, it will be added to your next appointment. This policy helps respect our nail techs’ time, as we are by appointment only.
