Groups of 2 or more wishing to book together must contact us through phone (920) 645-4031, so we can ensure our nail techs can accommodate your group at the same time. Cancellation Policy
We understand that emergencies and schedule changes happen. However, we request that appointments are canceled and/or rescheduled 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting the deposit that was made when booking the appointment. If you would like to reschedule please create a new appointment and provide a new deposit (booking fee).
Any Last Minute Cancellation or Same Day Cancellation will occur a fee. The fee is 100% of services booked.
NO CALL, NO SHOW: If you miss your appointment or without any prior notice, you will be charged a 100% service inconvenience fee. Due to the inconvenience that the slot could've been booked with another client. In the event in which you are running late, there will be a 15-minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time. After 15 minutes without communication, your scheduled appointment will be considered a "NO CALL, NO SHOW," and your card on file will be charged 100% of the service booked. After 3 "NO SHOW" appointments, we may no longer service you.
